We are within 3 minutes access to I5 and close to other amenities including a short walk to city bus stop.

We enjoy professional landscaping and sit adjacent to 52 acres of parkland, in the future to be developed into a mixed use urban park.

We have a self-managed Homeowners Association Board of Directors.
